What is included in the trial?

14 days of the full platform and up to 100 verified AI outcomes. No card required and no trial overage charges.

How does pricing work?

Plans include AI Copilot, unlimited teammates, and monthly verified AI outcomes. Additional verified outcomes cost €0.49 each. Copilot assistance does not consume your outcome allowance, and Human-only conversations are free.

Can we control when the agent helps?

Yes. Choose its knowledge and jobs, preview its answers, and control proactive timing and frequency. You can turn proactive help or public AI off.

What happens when the agent needs help?

It answers from your approved knowledge and can link to public sources. When information is missing, it can clarify or offer human help. When a visitor needs a person or the request needs human judgment, your team continues with the conversation and available context intact.

How do we evaluate Adealo alongside our current helpdesk?

Start by adding selected website pages, articles or documents and testing answers privately. Enable the workflow you need before installing on a chosen page. Handoffs arrive in Adealo’s shared Inbox. Native Intercom or Zendesk synchronisation and automatic migration of historical conversations are not included in this setup.

Can customers submit an issue for our team?

Yes. Enable Support requests to collect an issue and contact details, give the customer a request reference, and let a teammate claim and reply in Inbox. Customers can follow up in the same web conversation. Email support conversations continue by email; web and email histories are not automatically merged.

Hi Sam, AUTH_FAILED can mean the saved connection is no longer valid. Disconnect Salesforce, connect it again, and select Resume sync.

An outcome is completed AI work: resolving a question, qualifying a lead, booking a demo, or arranging a callback. Adealo charges at most one outcome per conversation. Proactive invitations, greetings, attempts, failed actions, tests, and Human-only activity do not count.
