Adealo provides optional AI features for customer-facing chat replies, teammate copilot assistance, command parsing, safety moderation, and knowledge-base retrieval.
If a workspace teammate connects Google Calendar, Adealo uses Google OAuth to request access to Google Calendar only for scheduling demo and callback workflows in the Service. Adealo requests the calendar.freebusy and calendar.events.owned scopes.
Google Workspace Limited Use statement: The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Adealo uses Google Calendar free/busy data to determine available booking slots. For availability checks, Adealo uses busy time ranges only and does not read event titles, descriptions, attendees, locations, or full event details.
After a visitor confirms a demo or callback time, Adealo uses Google Calendar access to create the confirmed booking event on the connected teammate's owned calendar. The event may include the meeting time, visitor contact details submitted through the widget, booking context, and a video meeting link where applicable.
Adealo stores encrypted OAuth credentials, connection status, selected calendar settings, timezone, working hours, event identifiers, and booking metadata needed to provide the Google Calendar integration. OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest and accessed only by server-side scheduling services.
Adealo does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to create, train, or improve generalized AI or ML models. Adealo does not permit third-party AI providers to use Google Workspace API data for generalized model training.
Users can disconnect Google Calendar in Adealo settings or revoke access through their Google Account permissions. Google Calendar data is retained only as needed to provide the integration, comply with legal obligations, or follow customer account retention settings.
